"This is a peaceful Eco Tourist Park in natural surroundings with grassed powered and unpowered sites. There is a new amenity block erected in late 2010 which are kept very clean. There is a man made lake and an abundance of wildlife and birds. This is an easy 40km drive to Townsville on the Bruce Highway for shopping or the beach. " (more)

"I have stayed in this park on two occasions and each time the owner was extremely helpful. He opened the shop for me after hours so I could buy some much needed groceries, and on the second occasion did some small repairs to my car at no cost. I thoroughly recommend this caravan park to anyone who is headed in this direction. " (more)
