I highly recommend Stefan as the first therapist to call for any pain or injury. As a cyclist, I hav...e sustained injuries on the bike or at work on many occasions and Stefan's treatment has provided me with immediate and long lasting relief. A recent example was a very painful knee injury the day before an important ride; without Stefan's treatment, it would have been impossible for me to ride. After just one treatment, the pain was gone. It was incredible and I was so grateful to be able to participate in the ride.

My lower back seized up and I spent a whole month unable to walk upright. First I went to a chiropra...ctor, then a sports massage therapist both treatments were agonizingly painful with only short term results. Then I had 2 Bowen treatments from Kelly. I was relieved to find such a gentle and soothing treatment, and it finally put me in an upright position! I'm now pain free and I highly recommend Kelly if you're looking for relief. I would like to recommend Kelly from Bowen? Now! Bowen Therapy as I have been very impressed with th...e results I've received since receiving her treatments. I find Kelly to be very professional in all aspects with a very friendly and cheerful manner. My issues included skin complaints, musculo-skeletal pain, stress and one particularly nasty sebaceous gland infection, I was advised by a GP to seek surgery as the solution. The speed and effectiveness of her treatment has given me faith in a far healthier alternative to pills, surgery and the like.
