Luminous Life Kinesiology was established in 2002 by Suzanne Leonard with the vision of creating a supportive and empowering environment for anyone who wants to move themselves forward in life.
Having completed a 4 year course in Professional Kinesiology Practice, Suzanne uses the tools provided by kinesiology, and draws on the psychology studied during her BSc, to create a space for every individual to reach their own personal goals.
Prior to completing the 4 year course in Kinesiology, Suzanne worked as an IT Consultant, specialising in Information Security and Operational Improvement. During this time she suffered from regular stress related migraines, whilst trying to deal with the effects of a childhood trauma. Kinesiology allowed Suzanne to understand her body's responses to the stress, and found ways to manage and minimise those effects to enable her to live life the way that she wanted to.
This experience offered Suzanne some wonderful opportunities for personal growth and development, and inspired her to create a business that allows others to reach their own personal goals in a safe and supportive environment. (more)
