About Clear Mind and Body

Clear Mind and Body Kinesiology is a Melbourne based holistic and sports kinesiology practice empowering people to recognise and resolve the stress, limiting beliefs and destructive patterns that have a negative impact on health and vitality.

Kinesiology was born out of chiropractic and connects the physical body with the energetic systems that influence wellness. Muscle testing and many of the body's other feedback mechanisms are used to identify stressed and under-energised pathways in the mind and body connection.

To clear the stress we use reliable techniques from ancient Chinese and Indian medicine, as well as other aspects of energetic medicine. These energetic systems are integrated with the most modern healing techniques from sports and exercise science, osteopathy and chiropractic, nutritional science and counseling. This unique combination of energetic and sports therapy is called Sports Kinesiolgy.
