Operating from Natural Pathways in Mitcham, At Mystic Journey Wellness, we offer a safe and healing haven for clients to begin, achieve and maintain optimal health and vitality.
We recognise that each client is unique and therefore, not everybody responds to the same treatment types available.
Kinesiology is a unique modality which uses muscle monitoring to check for any imbalances within the body that may be holding them back from achieving their wellness goal. Through many, non-invasive techniques, we can help people get back to a balanced state and achieve their goals, whatever they may be. Through Kinesiology, we are able to assist clients in seeing their options and bringing them back to the power of choice.
Kinesiology is not limited to simply health, injury management or nutrition either. Through Kinesiology, we can facilitate change in many areas of life including sports performance, confident interviews, memory enhancement, exam preparation and becoming more confident in social situations, to name a few.
Reiki is an ancient form of healing, originating in Japan. Through the hands on healing, Chi (Life Force Energy) is channeled through the practitioner and into the clientâ€TMs body where it flows to where the body needs it the most. This relaxing technique often facilitates many benefits, including relaxation, stress reduction, pain reduction and over all increased energy, to provide a small example.
In some instances, we offer a combination of Kinesiology & Reiki if that is what is required to attain and maintain optimal wellness for clients, because everyone is different. (more)
