The customer service was great. I was greeted and in no time I became their priority. I believe tha...t the service quality is on a high level, because they used genuine parts to replace my broken ones. And for last, the price. I'd like to think that the price was about right, maybe a little pricey, but considering the fact that they used genuine car parts, it's good.

very rude center ive brought a few newcars one other has had issues from day one but the dealership... (mazda berwick) did everything to sort it out and i was very happy with the out come, unlike berwick nissan who first said there was nothing wrong as it didnt come up on the computer to admitting there is an issue with a few cars in my make and model. They are very unhelpful you have to wait weeks to get a load car and when i did take it in the first time the lady was super rude, today i had to go with my two young children in toe and had to move two car seats with no offer of help at all. I did ask where the anker point was, after the look of death the lady pulled half the back of the car out and use a knife to flick it out ( dont know how i didnt see that?) and then instead of helping put the seats in walked back in side . i so help the problems fixed but im not sure it will be

Brought the car in to get the RWC. The car was in good working condition. The guy managed to break o...ne of the ball bearings at the back of the car. Then charged nearly two hundred for it. When talking on the phone was very rude. Avoid this place at all costs, there are no professional people working here.
