Be wary of their sales tactics

I only went here once after I bought a second hand 89 Civic. The service they did was not too bad, h...owever the customer service guy told me that the car needed a new gear box, which cost $3000. Given the prior service history and what the guy who inspected the car told me about it, I suspected this was incorrect. I got a second opinion and was told that the gear box would last me another 3/4 years at least. I kept the car for 2 more years after this and never had any issue with it. If I had taken their word for it I would have been substantially out of pocket.

My Dad bought a Lexcen from them a number of years ago. The salesperson was very helpful and my Dad ...loved the car. They are building a massive new car showroom now and hopefully it will be open sometime in the next few months

When I had a ML270 Mercedes I took it to Morrisons a number of times. I can't fault their mechanical... skill. They were also quite decent in the customer service department ,although I had a few minor issues. They always delivered the car on time and explained everything that was done and made recommendations. My only major issue was the price of some of the mercedes parts they used, but to be fair on Morrisons, I can't say if it was their markup or the price they got charged from Mercedes. Go with the generic parts if you want to try to save some money. Fixing an older Mercedes can put a hole in your wallet as a number of services cost me well over a couple of grand.
