The staff are unhelpful, rude, bad service and I will never go there again. They'll try and get as m...uch money out of you as possible, and even try and force you into things and signing a contract, trying to make you feel bad for wasting their time if you don't want to sign for a car immediately. Pushy sales staff and management. They'll do anything for money, they don't care about the customer. The customer is just another number to them (this was actually said to me by the manager). I was even blatantly lied to. They lie about so many things, and when confronted, they try and turn it around to make you out to be the bad person for accusing them. What a massively unpleasant experience. I SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE.

Absolutely disgusting after sales service from Duncan Nissan. After having our monthly car payments... taken from us dishonestly by the Business Manager (into his personal bank account!) at the time, Duncan Nissan did absolutely nothing to compensate us for our loss or the pain and suffering we endured in trying to recover our funds. It took us, and the help of the police, 9 month to find out where our payments had gone to and to have them paid back to us. And all we got as so-called \\\"compensation\\\" was the OFFER of a $250 discount voucher off our next service at...DUNCAN NISSAN!!! How to add insult to injury! We will NEVER do business with this dealership again and hope that our testimonial reaches as many people as possible, be it here or by word of mouth.

Hyundai Heaven has terrible customer service and is extremely overpriced on all goods, and is not wo...rth the trek. To make it worse, they refuse refunds, are very vague and just helpful. My advice? Forget these clowns and move on to SSS in Bassendean. SSS are professional and helpful and their products are brand new and not shoddy second hand pieces of scrap. I bought a front bumper for a 1993 Lantra for $220 and it didn't fit because it was the wrong make! No refund either. SSS sold me one for $160 brand new. In a nutshell, Hyundai Heaven Kenwick is as shoddy as the scrap they sell.

They lied about our car coming with a spare key and log books. After paying for the car and on the d...ay we went to pick the car up, they just said we would need to buy a new set (nearly 600 dollars) because someone seems to have "lost" it. They didn't want to know about us and their aftersales service is crap. I will never buy a car from this lot again - they lie and will say anything to sell you a car.
