I'm not happy with the work and customer service at all. The job they did fixing my car and experien...ce was horrible. Instead of replacing a front quarter panel after a small accident, they decided to "repair" the damage instead (as it's cheaper for them). After the so called repair, I went to pick it up and to my amazement the front panel that was hit looked swollen, had pin holes in the paint and it didn't sit flush or line up with the rest of the body at all. On top of that, the brand new front bar (that I supplied) had grind marks along the edges where they have tried to make it fit and chips in the paint. To add salt to the wound, the owner of the shop did not want to hear about it. He was happy to hand the keys over with the car still dirty, a panel that looked to be semi hanging off and grind marks on the front bar. After getting it re-assessed by the insurance company, they organised for me to take it back and get it fixed again... What a joke. I picked it up and the panel was still not flush with the rest of the body. They had the car for the entire day, not too sure what they did. As the owner won't listen, back to get it re-assessed again I go... If you're looking for a crash repairer that isn't ignorant and someone with an eye for detail to bring your car back to it's original state after an accident, this shop is NOT the place to go to.

The repairs I received on my car were 100%. I could not fault the service. My car was repaired and c...leaned to a better condition than what it started with. I would highly recommend this repair, they were professional and honest. The work was done super fast.

Triple A Crash Repairs staff fully explained the available options to repair a damaged rear panel an...d light. My vehicle was repaired within a week at very reasonable cost. I found the staff courteous and helpful and the quality of work excellent. I highly recommend this business.
