Reality Management Services is a solution based Management Consulting Company that provides clients with consultancy services and advice to achieve their outcomes in areas of; Business Development, Organisational Management and Reviews, Strategic and Project Planning, Business Planning and Feasibility Studies, Government and Council Negotiations, Problem Solving, Grant Funding and Project Management. These services are provided to the private and public sector, and community and not for profit organisations.

The Managing Director Stephen Rufus has extensive experience as a senior manager/Chief Executive Officer in Local Government and as a small business owner/ operator, and has assisted various businesses achieve their goals. Stephen is also a Fellow of the Governors Leadership Foundation and member of the Leaders Institute of SA.
