At the planning stage, Office Space Design works extensively with clients providing architectural and design consultancy services while undertaking space assessments and workspace planning.

At the design stage we move to a collaborative approach where we utilize our understanding of a clients business needs to generate architectural, CAD and design drawings and 3D models that allow design concepts to be visualized, discussed and agreed. We provide all drawings and documentation as needed for council and building approvals.

As a qualified and registered building and construction company, we are fully compliant with Australian Standards and we provision all construction including ceilings, partitions, data, electrical, glass partitions, doors, furniture, workstations, air conditioning, fire protection, security, signage, painting, plumbing, and storage systems.

Our project management credentials are untarnished. We never deliver projects late, or over budget. We have a dedicated, qualified, project management team that is actively liaising with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. We use proven methodologies and software and provide regular status updates.
