Participants receive competency-based training through a self-paced workplace program.

The Australian Academy of Business (TAAB) conducts this training in your workplace. The courses are designed to be flexible and able to be tailored to your specific workplace needs. This allows you to choose the most convenient time for your employees to be trained, with virtually no impact on normal business activities.

The Australian Academy of Business (TAAB) recognises prior learning or current competencies and provides direct credits and assistance for recognition of prior learning. Each employee receives individualised training that has been tailored to meet their needs. With a large amount of elective subjects in many sectors for your employees to choose from.

The training is of no cost to your business, and is fully funded by the Australian Government. Conditions apply.

Eligible employees will attract up to $4000 funding. To be eligible your employee must not have completed any previous qualification, certificate 3 or higher. The employee must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident. The employee must be employed on a full or part time basis, (minimum 15 hours a week). Please note: if you do hold a certificate 3 or 4, that was completed more than 7 years ago, you may be eligible for funding.
