Martin Place Securities (MPS) is an Australian boutique finance and investment firm specialising in raising capital for small-cap resource and energy companies. MPS has raised over A$700m in more than 250 transactions as underwriter, lead manager or lead adviser for listed ASX, NSX and AIM resources and energy companies and unlisted junior explorers.

MPS was founded in October 2000 to provide a link between Australian resource sector opportunities and investors from major financial centres in Australia, Europe, North America and China.
