I have nothing against cash converter's,but only people who manage certain store and this store is t...he worst to worst when it come to warranty and dealing with a customer service ,i bought a ring from SA kilkenny store from cash converters online via pay pal ,pay pal was great they put my money through no worries ,but when it came to receive the ring that's when all hell broke lose ,i got a ring all right ,was meant to be a LOTR 14ct yellow Gold ,Gold was not real gold either i payed good money $705 for a Gold plated ring,was not real Gold like claim ,no markings ,hallmarks ,stamps nothing ,and we all no cash converters by policy is not meant to put a ring out for sale that has no markings without being tested ,and they never tested the ring uno why because i seen the ring on ebay goes for $34-80 online ,oh and cash converters terms and condition suck because under the terms and conditions i should of got my money back ,head office never help me and i did try ,pay pal has put there money on hold now ,and i cant wait to hear back from office of fair trading ,this company at SA rip me off good and if they think by not replying to me everything will go quite ,think again ,cash converters SA -this is the worst store by far watch what your buying id check to see if it was real Gold

I have found the guy very cool, relaxed, easy going, helpful, and honest. They also have reasonable ...priced products. I would definitely buy music gear there again.
