We're a friendly team, with years of experience to share with you. Qualified group fitness instructors and personal trainers, we stay up to date when it comes to your fitness needs, regularly attending and completing additional training courses.

Our instructors are currently qualified in Zumba Fitness Basics 1 and 2, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold Toning, as well as Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Jam, Thump Boxing Advanced certification, Strength for Life (over 50's), Cert 3 in fitness, Resistance Training and Qualified personal trainer. You are in safe hands!

Classes are currently held at Northfield Primary School, North Avenue, Northfield on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6.30pm and Saturday mornings at 10.00am. Or you can visit our Enfield location on a Wednesday evening at 7pm - Enfield RSL Hall

Personal training sessions are available on request as are group boxing and cross training sessions.

Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold Toning will be returning to our timetable after Christmas....get ready to take your Zumba experience to the next level! (more)
