At Freedom Fitness as well as offering high quality group fitness classes, we also offer self managed workouts in our innovative 29 minute circuit. We write you a program based on your fitness goals. The circuit 29 minute workout includes warm up and stretching so you're in and out in no time and able to get on with the rest of your busy day.

Our friendly female staff can help you achieve your goals. We are always at arm's length for additional advice on working out, losing weight, your eating habits - or simply a chat!

At Freedom Fitness we know that one membership package doesn't suit all women so we offer a few different options to help you find one that suits you.


Dynamic training that hones in on your abs, butt, back, obliques, and "slings" connecting the upper and lower body. Leaves you looking good and feeling strong!

Develop strength and flexibility through a sequence of low impact moves using a blend of Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi.

20 seconds work 10 seconds recovery, maximum working on those troublesome areas the arms, belly, butt and thighs. Suits all levels of fitness.

Freestyle indoor cycling class with a team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

20 seconds work, 10 seconds recovery, maximum calories out the door. Boxing, cardio or strength focussed classes. Boxing uses pads/bags. Suits all levels of fitness. No co-ordination required. BYO gloves to HIIT " Boxing.

Increase your strength, flexibility, general well being & youthfulness. Improve your posture, release tension and stress in this low impact class.

Burn maximum calories in this session using highly efficient circuit combined with Freestyle Step moves.

a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles. Stations may include body weight exercises, weights, bars, stability balls, treadmills, etc. Class may be modified for all levels of fitness and NO CO-ORDINATION NEEDED!

An energising step /strength workout that makes you feel liberated & alive. Cardio blocks push fat burning into high whilst mixing strength training in will achieve that all over maximum calorie burn!
