"Fantastic service! Many pet minders I called do this as a bit of extra cash on the side and fit your visits in around their schedule (one even said her visit would be on the way to the school drop off and could she bring her kids (into my home) to meet totally strange dogs. Just to duck in for ten minutes to feed them for $40. Bruce and Lyn of Pet Amigos are very caring, mature (semi-retired) professionals in this business. They run their business with great care and attention - they have police checks, insurance, sensible contracts and terms of service, and met myself and the dogs and took very detailed information before caring for my fur people. They also left similarly detailed notes on each visit - how the dogs greeted them, how they ate, their health and wellbeing, how they were cared for (even down to times the heating was turned on and off for them) etc. Nothing was a problem for Lyn and Bruce - my dogs are very old, so they played more gently with them. I was delayed on my way home and we ran out of food, so Lyn provided dry food on the last day to stretch their last meals out for them. One dog had a little accident, so Lyn and Bruce cleaned it up. Medication was given with no problems and a log sheet of medication left. They also took very good care of my home - bringing in mail/bins in and out, picking up poo in the yard etc. They even swept up the muddy paw prints near the dog door, which I've never done! They gave my dogs the same level of care and love that I do, and I returned to very happy, healthy, confident and secure pets. I can't fault a single thing about their service, and would confidently leave my dogs with them again. " (more)

"Wagabouts Boarding Kennels & Cattery is absolutely the best boarding kennels you can find. Victoria & David treat my dog like one of the family. Their premises are secure and clean, and my dog can't wait to get out of the car to see them. And, though I do not own a cat, I've seen their cat facilities and they are simply a super place for a cat to 'hang out''. My dog is a big part of our life, and I will never trust anyone other than Victoria and David with her welfare. " (more)
