At DARE Speech Language Pathology we run group and individual therapy sessions from spacious and colourful rooms in Toowong, Brisbane.
Dare's approach to therapy is brain-based. We aim to engage children and adolescents' sense of fun and curiosity while capitalising on the human brain's innate love of stories.
We are also enthusiastic about helping children engage with technology for learning purposes, to overcome difficulties and prepare for the future.
We believe that small group therapy offers our clients learning opportunities and benefits that are not always possible in one-on-one treatment sessions. Recent research also suggests that a ratio of one therapist to three clients is just as effective as one-on-one therapy. (more)
