Horrible customer service. I had booked a full groom for my dog 2 weeks prior and explicitly told th...em that he was an adult male Samoyed. They booked my appointment with no issue stating that they only take one larger breed per day so it was no problem. I show up bright and early to the center only to be hardly recognized when we walked through the door. The groomer then came out and told me that they could not groom my dog because of his undercoat and I was sent on my way. I would have thought a vet would understand that the Samoyed breed has a thick undercoat before accepting the booking. I would not normally make a complaint but the groomer was very condescending, arrogant and just blatantly rude in the way she spoke. She made me feel like it was my fault for even showing up and laughed at me when I explained that his normal groomer has not had a problem grooming him before. Another lady stepped in and said I should understand because the groomer also has a bad back. The center was not exactly around the corner from me and I was not expecting to be treated like this. It's just a horrible experience and they have some uncaring staff that I wouldn't encourage leaving your pet with.

It's a shame this vet has seemingly become so revenue focused. I took my dog in recently for advice ...on a very simple ailment, and before I knew it, they'd ushered me into a consultation room and opportunistically over examined her, told me what I already knew, and charged me with a hefty bill of over one hundred dollars. All for about ten minutes of consultation. When I questioned the bill, I was met with an abrupt and very disinterested response. Previously with this vet clinic, our dog was misdiagnosed with car sickness that, after seeking alternative advice, turned out to be a life threatening bowel intussusception requiring major surgery. It seems their financial greed outweighs their ability to make an honest living from a general interest in animal welfare.

They had 3 - 4 vets on in the middle of the night. This was an amazing service for my baby Charlie w...ho was vomiting excessively at 2am. You should see the hospital.
