3 years ago I was very happy with their wardrobe work. Asked flexi-robes to quote on laundry. No pro...b. "That's what we do." Should have known when the quoter asked to rock up early since 2 appointments cancelled. Had a very rude, very argumentative, burnt out quoter rock up today who just didn't want to know. He didn't like there being a sink in the laundry. No matter what I said he didn't want to know. "I'm not gonna touch that." Was all he could say. Over and Over again. Asked owner to send another quoter. Owner didn't want to know. Gave me some line about not doing laundrys. Even after they I told them the quote was for a laundry - "It's what we do." What laundry wouldn't have a sink? Told them that I would make sure all sink n plumbing would be done after the fact by a proper plumber. Still didn't want to know. Very poor service and support. One employee says one thing. The owner says another. Seems they just want the perfect six sided box jobs that anyone can do. And use any excuse not to deliver. What a waste of time and effort. Don't get caught up in their hype. I got the message loud n clear their people don't work well together. I'm sure they did me a favor. I'd strongly recommend giving flexi-robes a miss. Don't waste your time. Go else where.

Highly, highly recommend Alex (Milcon). Was extremely happy with the service and quality. We had a k...itchen reno (removal of load wall) which was complicated and a big job. Alex provided great advise and was fast, reliable, kept us informed, finished on time, on budget and cleaned up too. Quality was excellent and project was stress free. We were so impressed that we got Alex (Milcon) to also build stair and a deck to our pool area. Again excellent quality and end to end service. Always on time and professional. Wish all tradies were like Milcon. AAA+ service and will definitely use again. Thanks ever so much to Alex and team!!!!
