Hobbs Smith Holmes Architects is run by the Father and Daughter team of Geoff Holmes and Roslyn Holmes. The Team comprises of two Registered Architects and two support staff who work closely with other local building industry consultants as required.
We are prepared to undertake a wide range of projects from multi million dollar buildings to minor works below $50,000. We have experience working in the Residential, Commercial and Institutional sector.
Geoff has the years of experience and the knowledge of the construction industry to contribute to projects. Roslyn has 13 years
of experience working in Perth, London and Albany and brings a fresh innovative approach to the practice. Hobbs Smith Holmes have been involved in several notable projects in recent years
including the Great Southern Grammar School buildings and the contract administration of the Anzac Memorial Wall as part of the staged Anzac Peace Park Project.
