"Kline Construction has successfully completed the design and construction, including a full renovation and extensive extension on my acreage property in Bonogin. I find Graydon to be very prompt and efficient and his commitment and control over the whole period was first class including the quality of the work performed by his tradesmen. I was so impressed with Graydon, I invited him to price a service station, the vacant site was for sale and I purchased the site with an option until Graydon completed his pricing. Graydon had a full cost analysis within three weeks, this analysis included pricing for the building, hardstand areas including the bowsers and underground fuel tanks under roof, shop fit-out including fridges, freezers, shelving, computer systems and cash registers. Graydon had also priced the civil and hydraulic costs to prepare the site. Unfortunately Main Roads required a $600,000 contribution towards road widening and this made the project unviable.
