The staff take an interest in their customers and have plenty of advice and tips to navigate all those variables inherent in making and firing of clay and glazes. Both Julie Drury the proprietor and her assistant Lesley Barratt have extensive knowledge of the materials and dynamics a customer may need help with and, time allowing, are always ready with encouragement and support, ready to put in a bit of extra time and guide one towards achieving their aims.
