Lauren Bolger reviewed a week ago Quality Poor to fair Appeal Poor to fair Service Poor to fair I ...ordered roof panels from Panel Tech 8 weeks ago. Panel Tech took my money in full telling me the product will be delivered 12 working days after payment was received. The roof panels were not received on the agreed date. Colleen told me it would be on the next truck... this has been going on for a month. Everyday I have been told the panels are on the next truck and they never arrive. I still haven't received my product and have now had to take legal action to try and get my money refunded. I have also reported them to the Australian Taxation Office and they also refused to supply me with a tax invoice. Department of Fair Trading is also investigating this company. Please DO NOT order from this company as they will take your money and you'll never see the product. I hope this review stops someone innocent from being scammed by Panel Tech. Also, check sites like Local Buzz and True Local as other innocent customers have also written bad reviews about this company taking their money in full and never delivering the goods. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

I ordered a roof from them 6 weeks ago, they told me it would be delivered in 2 weeks. They have pro...ceeded to make excuses to me about the delivery and I recently found out that I am not the only person that they have taken money from and not delivered a roof. My roof is now on a truck as I organised it to be delivered myself and they are clearly blacklisted as no company will touch them. My roof is now being held ransom as they have not paid the transport company and the $12,000 I have paid directly to them is still with them and I have received nothing!
