Envirofan fan-forced systems extract the moisture laden air from the sub-floor area to create a drier environment in the sub-floor area and inside the home. The 'Termite Inspection Report' AS3660 states that 'ventilation particularly in the sub-floor region is important as it minimises the opportunity for termites to establish themselves within the property.' Envirofan has available roof ventilation systems (RF7) which is dual powered by solar and 12volt power. Why dual power? As the sun leaves the solar panel the dwelling can still be hot.
