OMG the customer service of this business is disgraceful. As per their website i rang to enquire abo...ut replating copper kettles (ornamental) and how much generally a kettle would cost to replate. Put off straight away by the gruff tone of voice the man who answered,he sounded annoyed by my enquiries! and was outright just rude,unpleasant and arrogant and basically said it would cost anything from $20 to $20,000 and why bother to replate them just replace it!!! I would never recommend this business custom, definitely surf net for someone else! I've rung around now and they have a shocking reputation like noted above, I note on their webpage another reviewer wasn't happy either.
