Prior to Christmas of 2012, I had purchased a voucher where I get three wash/cuts for the price of t...wo. At this time, the owner of the establishment told me I must come in every 4 weeks. Today, I phoned to book my dog in for Saturday, like I do every time, and the owner told me to come in during the week where I must pay an additional $35 for day care. This is part of terms and conditions of the voucher. When I advised him that he had not told me this at the time of purchase, nor had he provided any terms and conditions, he advised me he didn't have time. He was very rude, therefore I asked for a refund. At this point, he told me I was not the calibre of client he wants and that I am a tight arse. Within 5 minutes, he had left a message on my work answer phone (which I have kept). I will be reporting him to the police and obviously spreading the word.

My husband and I were thrilled with the Looking Foxy service. The owner, Felicity, was so nice and g...enuine. The customer service was excellent and we felt so happy afterwards with the whole experience, which was huge as we had previously had a bad experience and had put off using a mobile doggie wash for ages. We thought the price was very fair and definitely loved the perfume that is used. We bought a bottle. We and our boxer, Maximus, look forward to the next visit. A big thumbs up!
