Dragonfly Portraits is a boutique portrait studio based in Sydney and is owned and run by me, Karen Ashcroft.

I am a natural light photographer who will photograph your children in the privacy and comfort of your own home or at a location of your choice. Specialising solely in pregnancy, newborns, babies, children and families, I will guide you through a fun and relaxed portrait experience and then proudly provide you with a portfolio of beautiful photography.

Dragonfly Portraits is about to celebrate a milestone of turning 5! I also have over 9 years photographic experience and am a fully accredited photographer with the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP). I pride myself on my ability to bring the best out of my subjects and produce art pieces of exceptional quality.

I am renowned for producing professional and unforgettable images that express emotions that are almost tangible. I love what I do and it shows through in each and every one of my photos. My powerful images are the result of my enthusiasm and imagination and also my dynamic and imaginative style.
