QUALIA CREATIVE - STRATEGIC GRAPHIC DESIGN:
Qualia Creative is a boutique graphic design studio that provides conceptual and strategic graphic design services to the corporate sector, government, fashion and the arts.

Specialising in client collaboration through a conceptual design process, we are inherently focused on developing design solutions that connect intimately to people, and speak in a visual language that resonates with them.

OUR APPROACH:
Qualia Creative values the diversity and complexity of the shared experience. We produce work that stems from the physical representation of the imagined; the thoughts conjured and objects recalled that result from what we experience in our environment.

The studio has an open and reflective approach to thinking and visual communication, with an ongoing critique of commercial process and practice. We specialise in client collaboration, as well as focusing on studio-initiated, research-based projects ranging from exhibitions and editorial, to lecturing and continued study.

Our objective is to develop a creative relationship with the client, where we collectively work through the stages of our conceptual design process to obtain the most suitable and effective outcome.

Through this analytical approach we are able to formulate a thorough brief, envisage all potential outcomes, and execute a design solution which is strategic and functional in its application.

WHO WE ARE:
Qualia Creative is an initiative formulated by the founders of two successful Melbourne design studios. The expertise of David Gill (Aer Design Pty Ltd, co-founder and director, 1999) and Dave Smith (Studio Anybody Pty Ltd, co-founder and director, 1998), combine to create a studio with a rich aesthetic basis and broad skill base.

Our respective experience draws from a large folio of work for clients ranging from large corporations and government bodies, to independent organisations and individuals.
