Take plenty of time and interview BC Mgr’s, but skip over this mob. They are inefficient, questio...nable integrity, lack professionalism and not good value for money, by anyone’s measure. Our experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. For the money we pay for BC services we should get far better service. I found the Prinicpal of this company is your best mate if you are on his side, however, should you call him on his poor performance his demeanour changes and his true colours show. He then ignores your communications, gets petty and personal. In my experience this company is one to definitely swerve, even if they were the last BC Mgmt company on the planet.

Unfortunately this business is responsible for managing my STRATA account for another 10 months howe...ver the likely hood that they will continue to do so is non-existent. It has been my experience that customer service is not a requirement when dealing with the people who pay your wage. Very difficult to make contact with, extremely confrontational, the staff are very misinformed and not likely to take responsibility for their minimal effort. Please stay clear at all costs.
