I received 3 different treatments, a massage (choice of remedial, hot stone, and some others), Counselling/life coach session, and an energetic healing which I had never had before. I am most impressed with this concept and what I got out of it. Very caring and inspiring people.
I highly recommend them for pampering or de-stress.

I have had high blood pressure since my pregnancy and have been searching for a way to lower it so that I do not have to start taking tablets, I have lost weight, cut salt from my diet and exercised. All of the things that were recommended by my doctor, none of these had any great effect on the blood pressure readings. Sharlene from Infinite Energies & Wellness Centre prepared an energetic aromatherapy blend for me to use and after 3 weeks my blood pressure dropped to a level where I am no longer on the short list for tablets. She has subsequently prepared me a maintenance blend to ensure that it remains at a good level. So far so good. This has made a tremendous difference to my life and I have no hesitation in recommending the Infinite Energies and Wellness Centre.

Very, very cool. I saw the sign for a free massage and went in to find out more. I had no idea about energetic healing but it sounded interesting when it was explained so I booked for a hot stone massage, which was amazing, and then had a free energetic healing session too straight afterwards, even though it was advised I come back for it. No wonder it's recommended to have them separately, I haven't ever felt that relaxed and, to be honest, I probably shouldn't have driven home. My body felt great after the massage and then I drifted off to sleep during the energetic healing and awoke an hour later feeling like I had a full nights deep sleep. I signed up to their Lay By Healing plan, which is a great idea, and will be a regular customer. If you guys live around the area, try it. My mates think energetic healing & hot stone massages are a bit soft but they're missing out. I feel more alive, more relaxed and better able to cope with life & stress. After suffering from back pain for over five years, because of a slip and fall, I had felt little relief. I had tried everything; chiro, osteo, physio, remedial massage, sports massage, and still needed painkillers to relieve the pain. In addition, a remedial & sports massage left me feeling stiff and sore for days after wards. But a friend brought me a gift voucher for a massage so I figured I'd give it a go. I booked in for a hot stone massage and saw Sharlene, who I felt understood straight away. She explained a little about hot stone and how it would help but also recommended an energetic healing aspect to the session, which I was skeptical about but agreed to anyway. Wow! She blew me away. The hot stone massage was incredibly relaxing. I fell asleep, and was able to move freely after wards with no pain. I did feel tingling and rushes as knots seemingly released under the heat of the stones, without any pain or pressure, and the energetic bit. I think she said it was a Hopi technique at the end felt tingly and warm and I felt all the energy moving around my vertebrae and up my spinal cord. It literally felt like electricity bursts were moving up from my feet through my spine. It's been a week now and while a little of the stiffness and pain has returned, it hasn't been anywhere near as bad as previously and I'm booked in for another session tomorrow. The Elodi warming cream (ISIS) is excellent too, smells much nicer than deep heat and does the job of relaxing my muscles in my back. I'm definitely recommending her to everyone I know.
