At Body and Spine Align we relieve your pain using positions of comfort and gentle techniques that really work. Most of our clients get immediate relief. We empower you to take control of your health. We listen to you and your body. Rapid healing is promoted with simple home exercises. Strengthening and toning programs to maintain your health and wellbeing are also offered.

At Body and Spine Align we specialise in the relief of all acute and chronic pain issues.
Over 15 years experience with 98% of scoliosis clients reporting improvements in their levels of pain relief and mobility after 1 month of treatment. Not only do we offer scoliosis relief but also improvement in spinal alignment for scoliosis sufferers all ages.
Whiplash and back pain that have not responded to other treatments respond very well to the gentle approach used at Body and Spine Align.
Lower Back Pain and Sciatica clients report vast improvements after only 2-3 treatments.
Strengthening and toning exercises are also included in the regime to maintain health and wellbeing.
