Massage Therapy. Relaxing tight muscles will give you better posture, increased range of motion and reduced pain. Will speed your recovery after injury and reduce the likelihood of re-injury occurring.

As a Naturopath, I work a lot with Fatigue, Food Intolerances, digestive system complaints, osteoporosis and asthma.

Iridology - I use an iridology camera which makes the process a lot quicker and easier.

Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA): is great to keep an eye on how you are responding to treatment. It measures how much fat, muscle and water you have in your body and gives us your chronological and biological age. If the treatment is going well then biologically you'll be getting younger.
Hair Mineral Analysis: There is so much useful information obtained from this test. It measures macro and micro minerals and heavy metals.

Treatment Plan
First Consultation: A detailed history of your case, photos of both your irises, a BIA reading, a urine sample will be required as well. These will be analysed before your next consultation. If any other tests are required such as Food sensitivity blood test, Hair mineral analysis or Candida blood test, you will be advised of them and their cost and a convenient time for the test to be carried out will be arranged.
All this information is integrated to find the underlying cause of your condition and tailor a treatment plan specifically for you and your health needs.
