Kickboxing fitness class - Tues 6pm - 7pm
Kickboxing classes are designed so that anyone can join in and train at their own level of fitness and development, from ring fighters through to complete novices. Classes generally consist of pad work and body based exercises [push ups, sit ups, squats etc.].
Goju Ryu Karate (adults) - Tues 7pm - 8pm
Goju Ryu is a non-sport discipline practiced for real self defence situations, health, longevity and self discovery. The by-product of this is a complete self defence system using grappling, punching, kicking, knee & elbow strikes, and open-handed techniques.
Kids Karate - Wed 4:15pm - 5:15pm
Fun, active and character building - 'Goju Roos' is a junior syllabus designed for ages 6-12 years to introduce them into the world of traditional martial arts. Simon has been dedicated to teaching 'the next generation' for well over a decade, and in this time has refined techniques that capture attention and inspire. (more)
