We had wedding flowers from this place, the order was wrong, the bouquets were falling apart before ...we got to the ceremony and the staff were very rude when we complained and would not offer to fix anything or provide a refund. Will never go here again.

I was very disappointed with my wedding flowers and the customer service from Petals on the Plaza Ca...rindale. They were not helpful at all when I called them up on my wedding day to let them know they had made a mistake with my bouquet and wrapped the stem with black ribbon instead of white. Overall my experience with them has not been positive and I do not recommend them for wedding flowers. I will NOT be buying flowers from them ever again!!!

Service and special attention given to customers. Mary Simmonds at Flowerworks did my wedding flower...s 10 years ago and I have just received the most divine bunch which incorporated the theme used in my wedding bouquet for our anniversary.They are stunning! Thanks Flowerworks.
