Pretty disappointing result from these guys. I was a repeat customer who had a delivery come through... which I found a fault with. Unfortunately I lodged a complaint too late (outside seven day window from dispatch date) and was left with a fairly sour taste in my mouth. I completely accept that there need to be black and white t&c's around delivery returns and complaints, however to be treated with ambivalence and promptly dismissed point blank, as a repeat customer, certainly leaves a sour taste in the mouth. I think the products are good and pricing is certainly competitive, however customer service (especially poor customer service) will always outweigh products and price.

I have a coffee table and blanket chest made by John - finest quality cedar and silky oak, and the l...ines and finish are beautiful to behold. The only problem is when I took delivery they showed up everything else in my house so I had to get new things! I know I will have them forever - thanks John.

They have an excellent service. One thing I like about Accent Blinds is that they have a wide select...ion of swatches to choose from. But I still didn’t find the right look for me…so I was surprised to see they had even more to show me later…I eventually found the right colour for my blinds and now they are installed ready for summer.
