The shop is a bit crowded because they have a lot of stuff to choose from. More work boots than you ...can poke a stick at! It can get very busy. Prices are good. Customer service was cheerful and helpful. Please open another one in the Sutherland area!

I went here today to buy new work pants. The guy in the shop, presumably the owner or manager, was r...ude when I said I was just browsing and didn't need help. A few minutes later, I found a pair I wanted and took it off the rack to look at. He came storming over and blow up at me for touching the pants on the shelf, yelling only he can touch anything and demanded to know "Exactly what I want". I'm confused why this guy was being so rude. I said to forget it, I'll shop somewhere else. He then screamed and yelled, and made a scene with other people in the shop. I recommend not going to this place.
