Buyer Beware. This business is owned by Retravision which went bust a few weeks ago. They are unable... to purchase stock and if you have something on order which you haven't received yet i urge you to call them immediately. I ordered a heater some 3 weeks back and was told it was 'coming'. (Yet the website showed it as in stock). I was told this numerous times (after having to call them to ask what the hold up was). Their customer service was atrocious. The lady i spoke to kept trying to get me to cancel or simply wait for it to arrrive. This attitude was simply inappropriate. I did not want to do this as i needed a heater. Once the heater arrived it was dinted. After speaking to customer service, they told me i could return it, however would need to pack it up and take it to the post office myself which was really inconvenient. This process would take 10 working days turnaround. Very disappointed. To anyone wishing to deal with this company i would suggest going elsewhere even if you have to pay a little extra. No one likes to be given the run around, which i believe happened to me. Also if you intend to buy a panel heater ie. noirot please note that the box in which it arrives isnt designed for postage. There is barely any cushioning to minimise damage. I recommend going into a store to buy one instead. The product itself is fantastic and gives off a lofty warmth. On a positive note i did appreciate the availability of the phone number at the top of their website. I was able to call them immediately and get a response quite quickly.
