"I rang from out of town and was after a saucepan set. The girl I spoke to knew exactly what I was wanting to purchase and the exact prices. I wanted to put this item on hold and have my partner pick it up in 2 days. This was not a problem and the girl was extremely helpful and friendly. My partner went in 2 days later and paid for the item which was found quickly and said he was on a motor bike and couldn't take the purchase and would have to pick it up when he had his car. He told me the girl was so helpful and said it could be delivered. My partner told her it had to go from Emerald to Rockhampton and was totally blown away when told thats ok we can deliver it for you. The item was received the next morning in Rockhampton gift wrapped and all. I don't believe we have ever had a better experience shopping, professional, happy, helpful, knowledge of products and genuine care for customers. Thank you so much. Will tell everyone I know.
