Sent me cracked mirror and then would only refund 40% if I posted it back Review: Be careful when bu...ying from them. I bought a mirror from them, it took 3 weeks to arrive, it finally arrived and it was cracked. They told me that I had to pay for postage to send it back and then they would only refund 40% of the mirror if I wanted to return it as it was a small crack, or I could get it fixed locally. OR if I paid for postage they would send me a new one. Postage would cost $80 - thats crazy. very bad customer service, be very careful

My large picture had come crashing to the floor breaking the glass so I needed a replacement glass.... Looking for somewhere local I rang several places and Ben Hur at Heathcote came up with the best price. On entering the shop I was greeted with a smiling Darren and an extensive array of impressive pictures and frames. The quality looked good. Darren could not have been more obliging so I felt the picture in his capable hands. When I went to pick it up he was very apologetic for the fact that therre had been a delay in replacing the glass, reassembling the frame and replacing the broken hanging cord and reduced the price considerably. The job was perfect. When I need any framing done or anything in th this line I will certainly return. Thanks a million Darren for your caring attitude and going that extra mile.

Highly recommended. The built in was installed to a high professional standard. He arrived on time, ...with no fuss and absolutely no mess. I didn't need to sweep or vacuum after the job. Have recommended this company to others.
