I used LTR 4 years ago and I liked everything about them at that time. Friendly, prompt and always h...elpful. However last month we came across an issue that has completely changed my mind. A developer called and said that he found a whole bunch of our flyers in his bin. We sent email to our clients who live in the delivery area and no-one received any flyers ( 2 drops were supposed to have been done). So we paid for the delivery, paid for the flyers and got nothing in return. When LTR were confronted they basically said we had no proof that the flyers were not delivered!!. We are trying to get some type of refund from them and they are just ignoring us. I am very dissapointed and I hope this is not happening to any others out there.

I am a business owner running a one man business. So far from what I have been able to gather the Sy...dney Leisure Guide gets businesses to sign up to a "FREE OFFER" which has the potential to get yopu additional business. The only problem is that the people who are selling the books are telling their potential customers that they can buy more than one book of vouchers and get more services for free. This is not true because the coupons or at least mine are marked one offer per customer and I keep records of who have taken up the offer with me so I will not get caught.

What a F*#King Waste of money, a big con full of crap deals. The only contact phone number is never ...answered - the phone rings out. I called a up a few of the deals and was unable to be fitted in as they only had appointments on a Tuesday at in the Middle of the day in September and beworking full time plus a Mum I require weekend or late appointsments. JUST DONT BOTHER save your money, or buy a decent voucher book like the Entertainment book at least there proceeds go to charity.
