Sudiro Constructions was established in 1976 and has been working primarily in residential construction. Focus is placed on structurally sound construction and a need for a high quality finished product. To do this we select the right materials together with the best tradespeople and professionals to get the job done. With our technical background in building we offer genuine advice and guidence based on many years of service. Our experience will simplify the process and assist in helping our clients build their home.

Over the past decade we have specialised in the construction of prestige residential with many projects coming from new building construction, however alterations and additions have also been the right option for clients. Projects such as Clontarf, Five Dock and Rose Bay are examples of these prestige projects we have completed over the years.

In recent years we have taken on maintenance contracts to expand the business into a new area of construction. The maintenance contracts cover many different trades working throughout Metro NSW.

Sub-contractors form a major part of how we work and selection of sub-contractors is obviously important to the services that we provide. Long-term use of sub-contractors proves that a good working relationship flows onto the projects we have. Therefore, project efficiency and quality comes from both the management of projects and the tradespeople and professionals we contract to projects. (more)
