We looked everywhere and did quite a bit of research to find the right builder who we felt we could ...work with on our home project. After meeting James the builder we knew we had found our builder to renovate our home. The communication was just fantastic, James was very patient with us and really understood exactly what we wanted. He also spent the time to explain everything in detail. We were always kept informed on the status of the project and what was to happen next, which made us feel comfortable through the whole process. Our renovation on the Gold Coast was within our budget!! Everyone that sees our new kitchen and living room renovation all coment on the finished look and the attention to detail. Extremely delighted with the finished product and the experience. Would do it again! Plus we highly recommend James and the team from Highlife Homes for any home renovations you are thinking about doing.

I have previously undertaken quite a few renovations in Sydney, and in that process, I have never me...t a builder who has been so clear in his communication - open to working as a team, and who demonstrates such integrity. Everything he says he will do, he does, and on time.

Kline Construction has successfully completed the design and construction, including a full renovati...on and extensive extension on my acreage property in Bonogin. I find Graydon to be very prompt and efficient and his commitment and control over the whole period was first class including the quality of the work performed by his tradesmen. I was so impressed with Graydon, I invited him to price a service station, the vacant site was for sale and I purchased the site with an option until Graydon completed his pricing. Graydon had a full cost analysis within three weeks, this analysis included pricing for the building, hardstand areas including the bowsers and underground fuel tanks under roof, shop fit-out including fridges, freezers, shelving, computer systems and cash registers. Graydon had also priced the civil and hydraulic costs to prepare the site. Unfortunately Main Roads required a $600,000 contribution towards road widening and this made the project unviable. I can personally recommend Graydon Kline who is a knowledgeable and reliable builder with a high level of integrity. Ian Scott
