Located on the beautiful Gold Coast, the founder, Tony Curtis started operations in 1988 as a single person operation, earning a reputation only through word of mouth. Taking a hands-on approach and always looking for new methods to improve his services, Tony was able to continue his success to create the #1 Floor Removalist Company on the Gold Coast, known as ‘Floor Stripping and Solutions’.

20 years later, ‘Floor Stripping and Solutions’ is still a family owned and operated business. We are renowned throughout South-East Queensland and Northern New South Wales as professional and efficient operators and are leaders in the floor removal industry. As proof of our superior service we are recommended by 95% of the flooring retailers on the Gold Coast.

Using the latest technology in the industry, some of which we have helped develope, we specialise in the removal of all floor coverings including tiles, vinyls, cork, carpets, and timbers. We travel between Brisbane and Ballina and there is no job too big or too small. Once our task is complete, the surface is ready for new floor coverings to be installed immediately. All rubbish generated by us is taken off site and disposed of at no extra cost to you.
