The 'Introduction to Modeling' course is a one day program covering Catwalk, Model Posing, and Lifestyle Management (health and fitness, goal setting, believing in yourself) in which girls aged 14-24 can be a model for a day, learn new physical and mental health strategies, and go home with some professionally photographed shots of them posing and walking to remind them of the fun they had on the day.
