Enjoyable traditional Taekwondo training in a friendly environment. First-rate tuition, well-structured classes & experienced instructors. Learn exciting kicks, punches and blocks, dynamic jumping kicks & effective defence skills. Practise contact on kick shields and focus pads. Partner training is non-contact, controlled and safe. Become fit, energised, confident and focused. No fitness or special ability needed to start, anyone can do it. Two free try-out lessons for beginners, no pressure to enrol. Separate classes for children (7-13yrs) and adults (14-40+yrs). Beginners given special attention and taught correctly right from the first class.
