Pure Physio

"I first met Andrew, the owner of Pure Physio and qualified physiotherapist at another physio clinic which was at that time, he was filling in for someone who was on holidays. I must admit I was skeptical at first as it is always hard to deal with someone new that you have never met, but I was soon pleasantly surprised. I had referred back pains from a car accident when I was young. Andrew is very professional and after quickly reading my records he soon caught on and knew exactly where the source of my pain was coming from. At each session, he first helped me release the tension in my back, then he taught me a new exercise for me to do at home to improve my back. As Andrew was only temporary at the physio clinic I was visiting, I followed him to another clinic when his contract was finished. Although it was an hour drive from where I live, I felt it was worth the travel time as my back pains were improving. Andrew taught me strategies to reduce my pain levels and he also made me more aware of my incorrect posture whether standing or sitting. I also really enjoy chatting with Andrew. He is very friendly and he remembers the conversations we had in the past, which makes each visit relaxing and personal. When Andrew informed me that he had intentions of opening his own physio clinic in the city, I was very happy for him and which also means that I would not have to drive 1 hour to see him. I was his first client when Pure Physio finally opened in August 2010. A lot of thought had been put into the clinic. The environment and equipment had all been carefully chosen to create a modern but comfortable atmosphere. I know I have still have a long way to go to recover from my old injuries but at least now I feel I am going to get there with Andrew’s help. " (more)

Viva Physiotherapy

"I saw Kathryn at Viva Physiotherapy recently for a knee injury and she helped me to get back running again in only three sessions. I was impressed with the personal service I received, because Kathryn devoted 100% of the half-hour appointments to me and did not just stick machines on me and run away like other physios that I have been to. She is very friendly and was always running on time for the appointments, which was important because I work in the city and went to the appointments in my lunch break. " (more)
