I have done a few personal training sessions at Revitalise Fitness with Mitchell. I really liked the... screening process at the first session (which is free! Who doesnt love that!!) to see what fitness level I was at. This also helped me to see how far I have come so far with my fitness level and how much weight I have lost. I also had a posture analysis done and showed I had a few problems I needed to work on. Mitchell is so supportive, pushes you hard (but also knows when to stop pushing). I would highly reccoment to anyone!

I have just finished my first fitness certificate through fitec and I'm so glad I chose to do it wi...th them as I got the opportunity to learn some different training techniques, which i can now carry on into personal training and instructing fitness classes. Class was always great having the gym equipment in the room, I think this also made it a more energetic environment.

They have a good and clean environment. They are welcoming and have high intensity. They cover all a...spects of training in a varied and fun way. They have a good use of an online program on top of your workouts.

Awesome. It was a wonderful experience from the start. Jacqui was lovely and really listened to wh...at I wanted to achieve. It was such a handy location and there was not people around all of the time judging me like at the gym. I found this to be the best thing I have done to kickstart my health. I would recommend Transformers Health and Fitness to Everyone!!!
