I BROUGHT A PHONE FROM KOGAN I WAS TOLD 1 MAYBE 2 WEEKS THEN I WAS TOLD NOW IT WOULD BE LOOONGER THE...N WHEN I GOT IT. I have had a frustrating 2 MONTHS tring to get KOGAN to replace a faulty SD card they supplied in la...te November The only way of contacting them is via their Email connection and you only get the 'canned' reply about customers being important and getting back to me asap etc (FLH-625-66684) BUT NO ACTION no replacement no refund so I have no alternative but to warn others to STEY AWAY from KOGAN no matter how cheep or interesting I tried to support a local business and got burnt stephen
