Overpriced and not very helpfull

I bought a garden hose reel in 2004. It was an Australian made reel by AK Reels. I recently had to g...et a new mounting wall bracket and rang the number on the hose reel. I was able to order a new bracket and had it delivered in a few days. The reel is still working like a new one and I am please to be able to say that there are still some good old Made in Australia products that work and you get after sales service. Five star service and a five star product.

We had to wait 5 months for our sons casting to be ready, it looks great. However we were extremely ...disappointed and frustrated with your level of customer service. It is unacceptable to refuse to speak to a client just because they do not have their order number readily available - most people will agree that finding a tiny piece of paper while feeding a newborn is not ideal. In the end my sister had to arange for collection during such conversations she called me a liar about the date on which the casting would be ready! I could never recomend this business to anyone.

I revive has been great towards me and my wife. Whenever I order oils they get the best for us and w...hen I ask for the best they go out they're way to get the oils for us ASAP. We have been customers for I revive for more than a year now and they'd never let us down. The patience they have for us even I order things and they call me straight away, I seem to get it a week later because of my work time schedules and i should be the one to be in shame to not get the product as they go out of they're way to get the products that I need. Two thumbs up for I revive toorak.... Don't let people tear you guys down
